Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
Explain product features and benefits to prospects
Book demos and assist in product presentations
Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement
Collaborate with the tech/product team for client-specific requirements
Maintain CRM records and submit regular reports
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
Basic understanding of ERP or business software (we'll train you!)
Confidence in talking to business owners or managers
Strong follow-up and persistence
Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream) / MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
Sales internship experience or basic knowledge of CRM/ERP is a plus
