Erp Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Description

ORECS is hiring an experienced ERP Sales Executive who has

proven hands-on experience in selling ERP software

. The candidate must be capable of generating inquiries, understanding business processes, giving ERP demos (basic), preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new ERP sales inquiries through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital platforms Understand client business workflows and ERP requirements Present ORECS ERP solutions to prospective clients Prepare ERP quotations and commercial proposals Follow up on leads, demos, and quotations Negotiate pricing and close ERP sales deals Achieve assigned sales targets Coordinate with implementation and support teams Maintain inquiry, lead, and sales pipeline data Build long-term relationships with customers
Mandatory Requirements

Strong experience in ERP software sales (mandatory)

Experience in selling ERP to Construction, trading, or service industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills Ability to handle objections and bargain professionally Knowledge of ERP modules (Accounts, Inventory, GST, HR, CRM, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile

Background in B2B software sales Target-oriented and self-driven Comfortable with field sales and client meetings Basic understanding of GST and business processes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
