The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between technical ERP systems and MEP business operations, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and support of ERP modules tailored to MEP processes including project estimation, procurement, inventory, installation, service, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand MEP business workflows and translate them into ERP system requirements.
Configure and customize ERP modules related to:
Sales & Estimation
(MEP project quoting)
Procurement
Inventory Management (MEP materials & devices)
Project Management / Job Costing
HR and Timesheets (for MEP site teams)
Finance Integration
Collaborate with MEP engineers, project managers, procurement, and finance teams to optimize ERP usage.
Train staff on ERP modules, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Coordinate with ERP vendors/developers for system updates, customizations, or integrations (e.g., AutoCAD BOM import, MEP-specific tools).
Maintain ERP documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support ERP data entry integrity and reporting accuracy (materials, project progress, billing, etc.).
Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live phases of ERP deployments.
