Role Overview

As an

ERP Project Manager

, you will take ownership of full-cycle delivery for mid to large-scale Odoo ERP projects--from

discovery through go-live and hyper-care

. You will lead

cross-functional teams

including functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, and ensure successful project outcomes in terms of scope, time, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

PhaseCore Activities Pre-Sales & Discovery

o Support sales with scope definition and estimation

Conduct workshops, GAP/FIT analysis, and solution design Create So Ws, project charters, and high-level timelines

Planning & Governance

o Develop WBS, resource plans, and project budgets in Odoo Define risk, quality, and communication plans Establish Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks

Execution & Control

o Run daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives Monitor KPIs: velocity, burn-down, earned value Resolve blockers, manage scope creep and dependencies

Stakeholder Management

o Liaise with C-level and department heads Conduct steering meetings and manage CRs Drive UAT, user adoption, and secure sign-offs

Go-Live & Hyper-care

o Coordinate cut-over, data migration, and training Oversee post-launch stabilization and support transition

Continuous Improvement

o Mentor team members on delivery best practices Contribute to PMO templates, processes, and knowledge assets Required Skills & Experience 5-8 years of total IT/ERP experience, including 3+ years managing full-cycle

Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics

implementations Proven track record of delivering

?30 lakh+

ERP projects across multi-company and multi-site rollouts (preferably in

manufacturing and trading

) Strong functional knowledge in

Accounting, SCM, Manufacturing, CRM, and HRMS

Hands-on with

Agile/Scrum

, Jira or MS Project, and Odoo Project & Timesheet modules Strong stakeholder management, risk control, and budgeting skills Certification in

PMI-PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PM

is a plus Excellent communication in

English

, with working knowledge of

Hindi/Bengali

Capable of mentoring and leading

8-15 cross-functional team members

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to

Docker, Odoo.sh, DevOps pipelines

, and SaaS/Cloud hosting Understanding of

GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill

, or cross-border fiscal setups (e.g., Nepal IRD, UAE VAT) Experience in integrating with

Flutter-based apps

or eCommerce platforms like

Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify
