Job Description

As an ERP Program Executive at Exponent Energy, you'll be at the intersection of technology and business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP system (built on Frappe/ERPNext) runs smoothly -- from requirement documentation and testing to training and process rollout. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, data, and problem-solving, and wants to grow into ERP Product Management or Program Leadership.

What You'll Do

Support module roll-outs across departments such as Finance, Operations, and Business. Collect and document business requirements and help translate them into ERP workflows. Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare SOPs/user guides. Manage data uploads, validations, and testing during new deployments. Partner with developers to log, track, and close system issues. Communicate release updates and maintain project documentation.

What You'll Bring

Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience or exposure to ERPNext/Frappe, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems. Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data. Clear communication and stakeholder management ability. A curiosity to understand how business processes become digital systems.
