Job Description

Support the implementation of ERP modules related to production, inventory, and order management. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into ERP functionality. Provide first-line support for ERP-related issues within the production department. Train end-users on ERP functionalities, processes, and best practices. Monitor system performance and work with ERP vendors or internal IT to resolve technical issues. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP records (BOMs, routings, production orders, etc.). Assist in testing new features and modules before rollout. Generate production-related reports and dashboards from the ERP system. Maintain documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and user guides. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system usage and drive process improvements.
