Role Description The #ERP #Product Manager-# Contracting role is a full-time hybrid role located in Chennai. : 15 Years of ERP Product Experience with MCA, MBA qualification. #ORION ERP/Multiple ERP Experience could be added Advantage/Preferred. o Lead the product management team and be responsible for the overall success of the contracting module of the #ERP software.(#NAVBUILD) o Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the #contracting module, aligned with the overall ERP product vision. o Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product enhancement. o Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and development teams, to define product requirements and features. o Manage the #productdevelopment lifecycle, including product planning, design, development, testing, and release. o Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements. o Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, ensuring their professional growth and success. o Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on product enhancements. o Develop go-to-market strategies and support marketing efforts for the contracting module. o Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements to drive innovation in the #contracting module.
