Role Summary & Role Description Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address State Street requirements using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Candidates should have prior implementation experience on EBS Procurement (P2P, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Hub, Payables) and will work with partners as we migrate from EBS to Oracle Finance Cloud and Procurement Cloud. The ability to work in an on-shore/offshore model is critical. Candidate will be working with business partners, Implementation partners, and with members of the development team to deploy solutions and integrate cloud with on-prem systems. The ideal candidate has strong P2P business knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing features and functions on Oracle Cloud applications. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Computer Science 7 to 10 years of experiences as an IT professional Work with development team members and partners to understand business requirements and be able to translate those requirements into Finance and/or Procurement solutions in Oracle Cloud. Perform analysis, design, configuration, and unit testing of solution. Work with QA to support end to end testing. Support the deployment and release management process defined by State Street. Document solution designs with details including security approach, data flows, and business process flows. Be able to communicate with both business partners and technical team members to translate functional requirement into and end to end solution. Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business. Work with global development team as well as multiple support teams across the company including Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Data groups. Core/Must have skills Minimum of 2 project full life cycles Extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud Procurement and understanding of the cloud architecture and design for the overall technical development - Min 3yrs experience with demonstrated expertise in implementing Procurement Cloud modules and/or Financial Cloud. Strong experience and knowledge within Oracle Cloud Financial modules such as GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, and Oracle Expenses Knowledge of leading practices in the Procure-to-pay process. Experience implementing \'No-PO No-Pay\', 2-way & 3-way Invoice matching, and an in-depth understanding of the approval workflow functionality supported in EBS and Oracle Cloud. Ability to support integration design patterns with a good understanding of the REST APIs for Procurement, Supplier Portal, Procurement Self-Service, and Payables. Experience with various types of integrations and methods(EDI, XML). Strong communication skills and able to effectively work with partners and team members alike. Analytical thinker and strong organizational/presentation skills Experience using OIC to manage integrations to the Oracle Cloud Experience with RDBMS (Oracle) and ability to develop complex queries and codes using SQL & PL/SQL.
