Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished
ERP Practice Manager
with extensive expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Finance & Operations (F&O)
. This leadership role will oversee presales, delivery, competency development, team management, and customer success across ERP practice engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 BC & F&O implementations across multiple industries.
Own the ERP practice roadmap, delivery methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Drive presales activities include demos, scoping, RFP responses, and solution architecture.
Build playbooks, accelerators, and delivery standards for finance, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing modules.
Oversee requirement gathering, functional specifications, design sessions, CRP, UAT, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations/extensions using AL, X++, Power Platform, and integration frameworks.
Ensure delivery accuracy, adherence to budgets, and timely execution across all engagements.
Market & Partner Development
Collaborate with Microsoft, implementation partners, and technology vendors for escalations, updates, and joint delivery.
Support sales teams with go-to-market initiatives, domain insights, and solution positioning.
Advise C-level leaders on ERP roadmaps, modernization, and process transformation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing ERP consulting team.
Define delivery standards, conduct project audits, and establish performance dashboards.
Act as primary escalation points for scope changes, risks, and delivery issues.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term value and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Experience
8-12+ years of experience in D365 BC/F&O implementations with 3+ full lifecycle deployments.
Proven experience leading ERP teams, managing delivery, and driving presales.
Expertise in finance (GL, AP/AR), warehouse (WMS), logistics, and retail modules.
Experience working with global delivery teams (offshore/onshore).
Technical Knowledge
Hands-on exposure to D365 BC & F&O functional configuration.
Understanding of integration frameworks (API, ADF, Power Platform).
Familiarity with AL code, X++, Power Automate flows, and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI).
Knowledge of ERP architecture, extension models, and multi-system integrations.
Skills & Attributes
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex ERP programs with financial accountability.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
PMP/Prince2 or Microsoft certifications (MB-300/330/800/820) preferred.
