About the role:

The Central Account Manager (Control Tower) plays a critical role in managing client accounts across residential and commercial communities. The role ensures seamless delivery of services, ERP data accuracy, and high client satisfaction levels through centralized monitoring and coordination. The ideal candidate will manage client escalations, oversee operational reporting, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and ensure smooth ERP operations for all societies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Should have Proficient communication in English and Hindi 0.6 -2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or operations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems for society or facility management. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage escalations professionally.
