We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and promote our Business Applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing skills and consultative sales expertise to effectively position our solutions, address client needs, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
(Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and
recommend improvements.
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for SEO and lead
generation.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the sales team to create
engaging marketing materials.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and assess against goals
(ROI and KPIs).
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation, email
design, content, and automation.
Support the development of the company website and ensure content is up-to date
and aligned with marketing goals.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed.
Assist in preparing marketing plans, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related
field.
2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn
Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM/Email marketing tools
(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design(Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
Experience in B2B digital marketing (if applicable).
Knowledge of WordPress, Odoo, or other website CMS.
