Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategy and client needs
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to ensure strategic positioning
Represent the company in high-level client meetings, pitches, and industry events
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or solution-based industries
Exceptional persuasive, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Must be willing to work full-time from our on-site location
