Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver interactive ERP training sessions focused on Manufacturing & Production modules (PP/MM/QM or equivalent).
Develop customized training content, manuals, SOPs, and job aids tailored to various learner groups (sales, pre-sales, consultants).
Conduct live sessions, workshops, webinars, and on-demand learning modules to improve understanding of ERP manufacturing workflows.
Collaborate with product, sales, and consulting teams to identify training needs and align content accordingly.
Stay updated on ERP product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure content relevance.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI tracking.
Support enablement of internal stakeholders for product demonstrations, solutioning, and implementation readiness.
Contribute to onboarding programs for new hires in consulting and ERP sales roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP PP/MM/QM) preferred.
7+ years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in ERP training or solution consulting.
Strong hands-on experience in ERP manufacturing modules - especially in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes: BOM, routing, MRP, production orders, shop floor control, quality, and inventory management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in building training content, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
Prior experience enabling pre-sales, internal sales, or implementation teams is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to multi-industry ERP implementations.
Certifications in Instructional Design or Adult Learning.
Experience working in a training or CoE (Center of Excellence) team.
