Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new ERP software across the corporate office and all project locations.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand business requirements and ensure accurate module configuration.
Oversee system setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Training & Support
Conduct frequent ERP training sessions for head office teams and all store staff.
Develop user manuals, training modules, and system guidelines to enhance user adoption.
Provide ongoing support to address functional and user-related system queries.
System Analysis & Optimization
Analyze ERP dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify system improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders for process enhancements.
Ensure system integrity, security, and optimal performance through regular audits.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with software vendors for upgrades, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with business processes.
Manage query resolution and escalate technical issues where required.
Requirements
Proven experience managing ERP implementation and support (Retail experience preferred).
Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and system configurations.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Ability to train and guide large user groups across different locations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
