Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

ERP Manager

to lead our ERP implementation and support operations across Retail and Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, team leadership, and project management, ensuring smooth deployment, customization, and user adoption of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end

ERP implementation projects

-- from requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, to go-live and post-implementation support. Manage and mentor a team of ERP executives and support staff to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Operations, Sales, Production, etc.) to align ERP functionalities with business needs. Oversee system upgrades, data migration, and integration with third-party applications. Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based automation or optimization opportunities. Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within scope and deadlines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding ERP-related issues or enhancements. Ensure proper documentation, training, and user support for smooth ERP adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum

6 years of experience

in ERP implementation and management (Retail and/or Manufacturing industry preferred). Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production, and HR. Proven experience in

leading and managing teams

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel for on-site implementations and client support.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
