We are seeking a skilled and proactive

ERP Manager

cum System Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, deployment, and ongoing management of ERP systems as per business requirements. You will play a hybrid role that combines software engineering expertise with systems administration to ensure the ERP ecosystem runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and enhance ERP modules based on user and business requirements. Design and implement integrations between the ERP system and other business applications. Perform regular system updates, patches, and performance tuning. Manage databases, application servers, and ensure high availability of ERP systems. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve system and software issues. Provide technical support to end-users for ERP-related issues. Maintain documentation for systems, software, and change management. Manage and maintain internal LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure high availability. Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity and performance issues. Configure, manage, and maintain switches, routers, and wireless access points. Handle installation, configuration, and updates of firewall systems (e.g., FortiGate, Sophos, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Software Developer and/or System Engineer. Knowledge of ERP systems. Hands-on experience with system administration in Windows/Linux environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities.
