The ERP Learning Technologies Manager works within the ERP Learning (UEE) Team, which in turn would report in through the GFS User Experience & Engagement team.The ERP Learning Technologies Manager will provide operational support for: the management of learning material enhancements, translations, GSOP updates and document management, learning preparation, administration, analysis, certification and reporting for ERP Learning.Experience Required: 7-9 yrsRole Expectation:Working closely with the ERP Learning Technology Senior Manager to support delivery of the ERP Learning approach for any given ERP deployment or enhancement (e.g. retrofits) Provide scheduling and coordination support to Learning Project Managers for delivery of ERP Learning events Ensure all ERP Learning content (TEC-095-xxx) end user queries from live markets are solved or triaged Test all content provided for publishing prior to performing the upload to myLearning and/or LearnERP Create and maintain all curricula in myLearning according to the myLearning global governance rules Ensure end user learning and controlled document assignments and removals are correctly managed Support the learning completion reporting process by providing data analysis and reports Track project progress and providing relevant reports to the ERP Learning Technology Senior Manager on a regular basis Set up evaluation forms and provide access to responses and reports for analysis Ensure any discrepancies between Veeva QualityDocs and myLearning are communicated to the GPO community for resolution Liaise with third party translation supplier to ensure all learning materials selected for translation are correctly processed from export for quote to publish in myLearning and/or LearnERP Process Learning Technology tickets from GPOs, SMEs and Learning Managers within agreed SLA Ensure training user IDs and clients are made available for ad hoc BAU learning delivery Maintain regular and effective working relationships with key contacts within BRCCInclusion at GSK:As an employer committed to Inclusion, we encourage you to reach out if you need any adjustments during the recruitment process.Please contact our Recruitment Team at to discuss your needs.#LI-GSKWhy GSK?Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns as an organisation where people can thrive.
