Job Description

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for customers across multiple industries Conduct requirement gathering, AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping, and GAP analysis Configure ERP modules including Accounts, Buying, Selling, Stock, Manufacturing, Projects, and HRMS (as applicable) Design and validate Chart of Accounts, taxes (GST, TDS), pricing rules, and approval workflows Define and validate inventory structures, valuation methods, warehouses, and controls Support manufacturing setups such as BOMs, routings, work orders, subcontracting, and quality processes Prepare and execute data migration plans and validate opening balances Conduct user training sessions and support UAT activities Own go-live readiness, execution, and post go-live stabilization Work closely with technical, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery Control scope and customization through proper documentation and change management
