You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our development team--mapping current-state processes, defining future-state workflows, and driving integration strategy using API-driven services.
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery with financial and operational stakeholders to document workflows
Evaluate ERP capabilities (Acumatica / Sage) against business needs
Define functional and technical requirements for ERP migration
Create system architecture diagrams, data models, and interface specifications
Plan and prioritize integration using REST APIs or middleware
Lead vendor evaluations, licensing considerations, and phased rollout plans
Document data migration, testing, and validation plans
Support UAT and training coordination
Ensure compliance with accounting controls and audit requirements
Required Experience
Proven experience implementing
Acumatica or Sage (100/300/Intacct)
Ability to configure ERP modules for finance, inventory, purchasing, customer billing
Strong background in
business process mapping & requirements gathering
Experience designing
API integrations
and data exchanges
Familiar with
GAAP
, financial reporting workflows, or operational controls
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating systems with
manufacturing, field service, or customer portals
Prior work with
SaaS deployment
, Azure, or API middleware solutions
PMI or Scrum certification (nice-to-have)
Strong technical writing/documentation abilities
