to support the deployment, configuration, and optimisation of our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP modules, business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with clients or internal teams during implementation cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end implementation of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, CRM, etc.).
Gather and analyse client or departmental requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.
Conduct system configuration, data migration, and module setup.
Provide user training, support, and documentation during and after implementation.
Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with the development team for customisations, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system readiness before go-live.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth post-implementation support.
Maintain implementation records, SOPs, process flows, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in ERP implementation or ERP support.
Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, HR, inventory, sales, or supply chain.
Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or any ERP used by the company).
Knowledge of SQL, basic scripting, or database management is a plus.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong documentation, training, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in ERP data migration, system integration, or API-based customisations.
Understanding of workflow automation and process re-engineering.
Certifications in ERP platforms (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) are a plus.
