Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Functional Analysis & Productization, manage cross-functional teams and customer relationships, and drive successful ERP implementations. This role is pivotal in shaping product strategy, delivering customer demos, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional analysis and translate business requirements into product features Lead productization efforts to convert concepts into scalable ERP modules Manage internal teams, client stakeholders, and product roadmaps Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle Deliver impactful customer demos and gather feedback for continuous improvement Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong domain expertise in Finance and HRMS

5+ years of experience as an ERP/Application Software Developer or Implementor Solid understanding of databases, development frameworks, and modern tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and client engagements Interested candidates please send resume to hr@systecherp.com and
