Accurately book Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system.
Validate all entries with supporting documents such as customer POs and vendor confirmations.
Marketplace & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for order processing.
Schedule and monitor FTL (Full-Truck-Load) dispatches with logistics partners.
Finance Coordination
Submit daily sales records to the finance team.
Provide monthly reconciled data for purchases, sales, and logistics.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain updated Excel trackers for orders, deliveries, and settlements.
Ensure accuracy of data submitted for audits and MIS reporting.
Maintain proper records, reports, and order-related documentation for internal tracking.
