The ERP Implementation Executive will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the ERP system. The role also includes IT asset management, data security, and providing technical support to ensure smooth business operations. This position requires a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Implementation & Maintenance
Lead ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Ensure seamless integration with existing business processes to improve efficiency.
Train end-users and provide continuous ERP support.
Monitor ERP performance and recommend system improvements.
2. Data Security & Compliance
Develop and enforce company-wide data security policies and procedures.
Safeguard sensitive business data from threats and vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
3. Asset Management & IT Support
Track and maintain IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Minimize downtime to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide regular reports on IT assets, utilization, and system performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation and IT management.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and data security practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
