Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

ERP Support Engineer

to join our team. The role involves providing

functional and technical support

for ERP systems, handling user queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP modules and good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line ERP support to end users. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.). Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades. Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements. Document user issues, resolutions, and process improvements. Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization. Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education-BE,BTECH,MCA,MSCIT,BCA,MTECH 1-4 years of experience in

ERP support / ERP implementation

. Knowledge of

SQL queries / databases

(preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Exposure to ERP platforms such as

Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent

is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
