We are looking for an

ERP Support Engineer

to provide end-to-end support for our ERP system. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and coordinating with the technical team for issue resolution.

Location- Ahmedabad (Nehrunagar)

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line ERP support to end users. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.). Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades. Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements. Document user issues, resolutions, and process improvements. Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization. Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of ERP systems (Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, or similar). Knowledge of SQL / database queries (preferred). Good problem-solving & communication skills. Ability to work with end users and understand business processes.
