JOB OVERVIEW

Digital transformation, business process simplification, and harmonization are key pillars of our strategic roadmap. In this context, we are looking for talented professionals to deploy and support current and future core model solutions based on SAP technology. This role involves close collaboration with Business Process Owners and other Business & Process Analysts from digital teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Domain Analyst is responsible for deploying ERP core models within industrial plants and ensuring effective usage of the solution in their area (including plant maintenance management, controlling, warehousing, and manufacturing processes). Key activities include:


Perform functional and technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of functionalities, including integration with key applications, in an SAP ecosystem Contribute to architecture design reviews, to the product roadmap and product strategy definition in the Quality Mangement area Develop a good understanding of Opella business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key users and process owners Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break high-level requirements into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs, translating these into documented architecture solutions Document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing Identifying process impacts, defining action plans/remediations, and setting priorities with stakeholders. Collaborate with the development team to develop, configure, and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements Training key users on the core model solution. Supporting data migration from legacy systems to the new environment. Support development team with resolution of blocking issues and interdependencies and provide them architecture and design guidance Collaborate with other architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, ensuring coverage of operational, statutory, and legal requirements. Past experience on MM, PP and PM is a plus Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training. Executing Cut Over activities and supporting the site during the hypercare phase post-Go Live. Business continuity comes first: in the event of a crippling incident stopping business operations, able to manage the resolution as highest level of support within the company in their field.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience & Knowledge:

3 to 7+ years of experience as an SAP consultant. Solid track record in deploying SAP in industrial environments. Experience in Life Sciences is an advantage.

Core Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes and SAP modules (PP/PI, FI/CO, PM, MM, WM, HUM), besides QM. Good understanding of Application and technology Architecture Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus Knowledge of agile ways of working is a plus Ability to challenge and improve current practices with openness and active listening. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, conflict resolution capabilities. Customer and service-oriented mindset. Competence in change management and decision-making. Ability to read ABAP code is a plus. Fluency in English required; French is a plus for rollout support in specific regions. Project management experience; continuous improvement skills and mindset Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management
