Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Post Sales Implementation Executive with expertise in ERP Implementation (preferrably ERPNext) to oversee the successful deployment and optimization of our ERP solutions for clients. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead post-sales implementation projects for ERPNext, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for successful implementation.
Conduct project kick-off meetings and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERPNext functionalities based on client needs.
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal management.
Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement of implementation processes.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP implementations, with a focus on ERPNext.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and post-sales support processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
