The Functional Consultant/Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading the implementation of software solutions and ensuring that the client's business processes align with the software's capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of both the software and the client's business operations, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
Work with clients to gather detailed business requirements and document them clearly for the technical team.
Process Mapping:
Analyze client's current business processes and map them to the new software's capabilities.
Training & Support:
Provide hands-on training to the client's staff on software functionalities and conduct user acceptance testing .
Post-Implementation Support:
Offer continued support during the go-live phase and resolve any post-deployment issues or bugs.
Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary contact for client communication during the project and ensure client satisfaction.
Documentation:
Create detailed documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and project status reports.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met, while managing risks and issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
