Responsibility Details

v

Gather requirements:

Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders to define the necessary ERP configuration.

v

Gap Analysis-

Understand the existing Odoo ERP software out of the box business workflow of all standard modules and tally with Business requirements, arrive at reusable functionalities, features and target minimal customization to Odoo modules to meet business requirements. Documenting business requirements, functional requirements and translating to Design prototype

Configure and customize:

Work with Developers, Architects, set up and modify the Odoo ERP software to align with the client's specific business needs.

Collaborate with technical teams:

Work with developers and other technical staff to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems. Oversee the development of the Odoo ERP and track the status of the implementation and report to management regularly.

Conduct testing:

Oversee and perform various types of system testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system works correctly.

Manage data migration:

Ensure that data is accurately and securely transferred from old systems to the new ERP platform.

v

Provide user training:

Train end-users on how to use the new Odoo ERP system effectively.

v

Offer ongoing support:

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve problems for existing clients. v Experience in Implementing any ERP successfully

v Configure, customize and implementation experience of any ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, PoS, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.

v Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and its business process flows is preferable

v Hands-on experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation is preferable

v Interaction with Customers and internal stakeholders

v Working with industry verticals like Manufacturing, Banking, Retail are preferable

v Jewellery Business domain knowledge is preferable

v Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

v Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

v Deep understanding of business processes and best practices across various industries

v Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance

v Project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
