Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Map business processes to ERP functionalities and recommend best practices.

Configure, test, and implement ERP modules as per business needs.

Work with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements. ? Conduct user-training sessions and prepare functional documentation.

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies via ERP processes.

Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and rollout of new modules.

Continuously assess and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
