Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- User, Roles and Responsibilities Management
- Assisting users for their Day to Day operational issues (L1/L2 level)
- Understand new requirements and get it resolved from Solution Provider
- Maintain the Issue Logs and ensure closure timelines are met
- Report requirements/User assistance for any reports from the system
- Support users who are connecting to application from Remote on VPN
- Ensure system data backup is successfully completed.
- Restoration of data in case of any requirement
- Manage Integrated systems such as planning/Windows AD
- Maintain Test and Production database and application Instance
- Understand and excecute mock DR for ERP
- Business Users, Database vendor, Service Provider, AMI IT
- Support Audit compliance for ERP application and database as per IT Policy
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Navison
