ERP executive is responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's ERP system, which includes managing operations, ensuring performance, and supporting users. Key duties involve system maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with departments to meet business needs, providing user training, and ensuring data security and integrity. Core responsibilities System management and maintenance: Oversee daily operations, perform regular maintenance, and manage upgrades, patches, and installations. Technical support and troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and manage the system's overall performance. User training and adoption: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system. Collaboration and requirements gathering: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and configure the ERP system to meet those requirements. Data integrity and security: Ensure data accuracy and reliability, maintain data security policies, and perform system audits. System integration and enhancements: Assist with the integration of new modules, third-party applications, and recommend system improvements. Reporting and documentation: Generate reports on system performance and usage, and maintain documentation on system configurations and procedures. Project management: Lead ERP implementation and post-implementation activities, manage project timelines, and coordinate with vendors.
