: Store Keeper (Residential Project)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site store operations for residential construction projects

Receive, check, and record incoming materials as per PO & challans

Issue materials against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS)

Maintain daily stock records, inward-outward registers, and inventory logs

Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and safety of materials

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report variances

Coordinate with site engineers, purchase & accounts teams

Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indents timely

Control material wastage, damage, and pilferage

Maintain documentation like GRN, delivery challans, invoices

Support audit, MIS, and consumption reports

Required Skills & Experience:

5-6 years experience as Store Keeper in Residential Real Estate / Construction

Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing & finishing materials

Working knowledge of Excel / ERP / inventory software

Good communication & coordination skills

Ability to handle site-level responsibilities independently

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
