Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ERP Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ERP system to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves supporting users, handling data entry accuracy, coordinating with departments, and assisting in ERP improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth functioning of the system. Support all departments (Sales, Purchase, Store, Production, Accounts, QC, etc.) in ERP-related activities. Create, update, and manage data including products, BOM, customers, vendors, orders, stock, and transactions. Identify and resolve ERP issues by coordinating with internal teams and ERP service providers. Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely updates in the system. Generate and analyze operational reports (inventory, production, order status, etc.). Train and guide employees on ERP processes and best practices. Develop and maintain SOPs for ERP procedures. Support system upgrades, new module implementation, and testing. Maintain user access control and ensure data security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (IT, Engineering, Commerce, or related field). Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Custom ERP). Strong understanding of business processes: Inventory management Purchase & sales operations Manufacturing & production workflows Finance basics Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel & basic reporting tools. Ability to communicate effectively with multi-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry. Knowledge of SQL or data extraction techniques. Exposure to ERP implementation or migration projects.
