Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring high uptime and reliable connectivity.

Execute and validate TCS ERP manufacturing entries with accuracy and timeliness.

Develop automation tools and reports using Excel Macros, VBA, or Power Automate.

Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Collaborate with departments to improve IT processes and ERP workflows.

Maintain proper documentation for IT processes, ERP entries, and automation tools.

Provide IT training and support to users when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, VBA)

ERP expertise (preferably TCS ERP manufacturing module)

Knowledge of IT systems, basic networking, and connectivity

Automation using Power Automate, Excel VBA, or similar tools

Strong documentation and SOP preparation skills

Proactive and self-driven mindset

Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality

Collaborative and organized work style

Effective time management during critical IT/ERP operations

Desirable Attributes

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
