Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology (preferred).

Certification or training in ERP / Zoho applications will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.

Experience



1-3 years of experience in data entry, ERP/CRM usage, or office administration.

Hands-on experience with Zoho ERP / Zoho One / Zoho Creator is desirable (freshers with strong aptitude may also be considered).

Exposure to ERP systems, database management, or business workflows will be an added benefit.

Key Responsibilities



1) Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Zoho ERP. Implementtion of Zoho Invetory and related tasks.

2) Support daily ERP operations for different departments.

3) Assist in creating reports and dashboards for management. Monitor and highlight data inconsistencies for correction. Provide first-level user support and escalate issues when required.

4) Coordinate with the Manager/ ZOHO support for workflow updates. Ensure timely completion of assigned ERP-related tasks.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)



Accuracy of data entry and updates.

Timeliness in completing ERP tasks.

Reduction in basic user errors due to proper support.

Number of reports generated on schedule.

Positive feedback from users on ERP assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
