As the ERP Trainer at Growth System, you will be responsible for facilitating the training and development of employees in the effective use of the organization\'s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, offering user support, and ensuring that ERP systems are leveraged optimally to enhance business processes and productivity. The ERP Trainer collaborates with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of ERP training into the organization\'s workflow. • Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of ERP systems, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing software.
• Training: Provide training to client teams, ensuring they can effectively use the ERP system.
• Troubleshooting: Address technical issues, resolve software bugs, and provide ongoing support to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Software.

• Excellent knowledge of computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting ERP issues
• Project management skills to lead ERP implementation projects.
