Key Responsibilities:

Assist users in resolving issues, questions, or challenges related to the ERP system. This may involve troubleshooting, providing guidance, and answering inquiries. Investigate and diagnose technical problems or errors within the ERP system and work to identify solutions or workarounds. Maintain detailed records of user issues, reported problems, and solutions provided. This documentation can help in tracking recurring issues and improving user support. Provide training and orientation to new users or employees on how to use the ERP system effectively. Create training materials or conduct training sessions as needed. Assist in the implementation of ERP software updates, patches, and system maintenance to ensure the system runs smoothly and securely. Help users with data entry, data extraction, and data reporting within the ERP system. This may include creating and running reports or assisting with data imports and exports.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and Attention to detail. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Proven experience in procurement, or a similar role Understanding of civil construction workflows. (preferred)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Qualification: BBA, MBA
