Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ERP Executive with experience in the jewellery sector and in-depth knowledge of Synergic ERP software. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting ERP operations to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Synergic ERP system for the jewellery business. Monitor daily ERP operations and resolve any system-related issues. Coordinate with different departments to understand their ERP requirements and implement solutions. Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions. Assist in training staff on ERP usage and best practices. Work closely with vendors and technical support for system updates and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an ERP Executive, preferably in the jewellery sector. Strong knowledge of Synergic ERP software. Good understanding of jewellery business processes and inventory management. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
