: ERP Executive

• ERP Implementation-

o Understand and implement different ERP modules. o Create and maintain various setups, masters and reports. o Documentation for the new process implementation in ERP o Update and manage ERP system in order to get business solutions and accurate results. o Design and manage Change Management requests, approval and tracking process o Serve as the lead point of contact with ERP Software team. o Manage support requests with the ERP Software team.

• System Administration and Coordination-

o Coordinate and manage the Institute/College\xe2\x80\x99s user of master files, roles, user views, data control, reporting, and data integrity. o Manage routine interactions with respective ERP coordinators, respected faculties, respected deans and ERP Software team. o Brief respective college/school heads and data \xe2\x80\x9cowners\xe2\x80\x9d on data and system corrections. o Design and manage Change Management requests, approval and tracking process o Serve as the lead point of contact with Software Development team. o Manage support requests with the Software Development Team.

• Training Support

o Preparing Tutorials / Reference Material for users of all levels (Technical Training Material) o Train the Trainer (TTT) Program

• Conducting sessions with different college/institutes in order to

educate functionalities and usefulness of all modules.

• Backend Technical Support

o To understand and solve user queries on a timely basis. o Provide tech support to ERP users. o Performing diagnostic tests on demo version and resolving respective issues.

• Web Development / Support

o Development and management of various portals created for Karnavati University

• Education or Qualification:

\xef\x82\xb7 Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Preferably in Computers) \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 Years \xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of managing ERP or similar Software \xef\x82\xb7 Software Development in core PHP (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Experience:
