The ERP Executive is responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing the institution's ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient academic and administrative operations. The role ensures accurate data management, timely updates, user support, and coordination with departments to improve system utilization across the school.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Support
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation activities across schools.
Provide support during deployment phases, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
2. Coordination with ERP Team & Schools
Act as the primary point of contact between the ERP team and school administrators.
Address and escalate issues raised by schools to the ERP team, ensuring timely resolution.
Track, document, and follow up on escalated issues until closure.
Ensure proper communication of updates and resolutions to end users.
4. Monthly Review Meetings
Organize and participate in monthly meetings with the ERP team.
Review progress, challenges, and upcoming updates.
Monitor usage of ERP modules by schools.
Follow up with schools on modules not in use and provide guidance for proper utilization.
Coordinate with schools for timely ERP updates, data corrections, and process adherence.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain reports on ERP usage, issues, and updates.
Document implementation progress, pending tasks, and status of escalations.

Qualifications / Requirements
Graduation/ Post Graduation any relevant discipline
1-2 years of experience; experience in the education sector is an added advantage.

Proficiency in ERP systems and modules
Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/ERP tools).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
