to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects. The role focuses on planning, execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely and quality ERP rollouts across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Collaborate with functional & technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
Ensure smooth client onboarding, requirement gathering, and solution mapping.
Monitor risks, escalations, and provide resolution to ensure project success.
Define delivery processes, best practices, and continuous improvement plans.
Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients.
Requirements:
4-10 years of ERP project implementation & delivery experience (Construction/Manufacturing ERP preferred).
Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, etc.).
Proven experience in managing multiple ERP projects and teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client handling skills.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is a plus.
