Responsibilities:
Client Support & Issue Resolution
Handle client queries via call, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and minor technical issues in ERP modules.
Coordinate with the development team for escalated issues and ensure timely closure.
Implementation & Onboarding
Assist in ERP implementation and data migration for new clients.
Conduct user training sessions.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare weekly client status reports and feedback summaries.
Create user manuals and FAQs to support end-user training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master Degree in Computer Science or IT or Business related
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
Working knowledge of ERP systems and processes is a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and customer-handling skills.
Benefits:
INR 18k to INR 25k per month
