Roles & Responsibilities:-
Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on desk etc.
Resolve tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain the productivity.
Helps in designing and implementing successful software implementation.
Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new feature is required.
Skills Required :-
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have problem solving and process improving mindset.
Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
