The IT Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing user support for hardware, software, and networking issues, and assisting in ERP data management and troubleshooting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to users for system, network, and ERP-related issues.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
Coordinate with ERP vendor or internal team for issue resolution.
Manage ERP user creation, access rights, and basic configuration.
Assist departments in data upload, report extraction, and master data updates.
Handle email configuration and backup management
Support software installation
Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
Provide basic training and guidance to employees on ERP usage.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT support or ERP operations.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
Familiarity with Windows OS, networking, and basic SQL.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Communication and documentation skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS (ADDED ADVANTAGE):
Experience with ERP implementation or support and MS SQL Query.
