Job Summary (List Format):
- Analyze and translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
- Lead or assist with ERP system implementation, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Customize ERP modules to fit specific business needs and workflows.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting for ERP users.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive ERP process documentation.
- Stay current with ERP industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Utilize strong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, inventory, sales, procurement) to optimize ERP effectiveness.
- Manage multiple client engagements independently and efficiently.
- (Preferred) Work with ERP customization, integration, and related technologies such as SQL, APIs, or scripting.
