ASAR Digital is currently seeking SAP/ERP Architect to grow our SAP ERP practice. If you are innovative, focused and excited about your SAP career, you would love to work at ASAR! In this role, you will be responsible for applying your business and technical expertise to support, design, and implement SAP S/4HANA Solutions for our various customers. This role is based in the India office to help our customers implement and support SAP S/4HANA projects. You will be the key resource to drive continuous improvement and best practices for our customers in their S/4HANA journey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Pre-sales and implementation.
• Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the business requirements and desired processes.
• Working with internal business customers and process owners to define business requirements and design high-level solutions that align with both IT and business roadmaps.
• Working with IT team members to build detailed solutions that align with both business requirements and architectural principles.
• Defining and documenting solutions, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates, and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs) and Client Requirements.
• Ability to perform solution design.
• Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to drive the project deliverables.
• Perform production/baseline support activities.
• Be on-call for issues with offshore teams
• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
• Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks as assigned.
• Reviewing technical specs.
• Coordinating/ conducting testing or release management activities.
• Provide support for estimations.
• Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in the development/implementation project.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP ERP/S/4HANA implementation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP/S/4HANA capabilities across various processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, plan to make, etc.
• Experience with end-to-end configuration with any of the following: Sales & Distribution (SD)/Finance & Controlling (FICO)/Materials Management (MM)/Production Planning (PP)/etc.
• Experience integrating SAP ERP with CRM or external systems
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or equivalent.
