Provide technical and functional support to ERP users (onsite or remote).
Understand client issues and provide resolutions via calls, emails, or chat.
Handle user access, permissions, configurations, and basic troubleshooting.
Log, track, and escalate support tickets as per SLAs.
Train end-users on ERP functionalities as required.
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and enhancements.
Document FAQs and support processes for future reference.
