Holy Grail Foods is a fast-growing FMCG and food-tech company specializing in shelf-stable desserts. With a state-of-the-art 12,000+ sq. ft. facility and an expanding international footprint (UK, Canada, Australia, Russia), we are scaling rapidly to meet global demand. To support this growth, we are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP system.
Position Overview
The ERP Administrator will oversee the administration, configuration, and continual operation of Holy Grail Foods' enterprise resource planning system (BatchMaster/SAP/other). This role ensures smooth business processes and supports Operations, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system (BatchMaster/SAP/other).
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and implement security protocols.
Monitor data integrity, perform routine backups, and ensure system performance.
Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflows.
Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and training materials.
Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security standards.
Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors/IT for resolution, and recommend solutions.
Generate reports and analytics from ERP data as required.
Propose and implement best practices for system utilization, data management, and business process efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems within FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environments.
Familiarity with BatchMaster, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
Strong technical aptitude and business process understanding.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsible, proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive solutions.
Attention to detail for managing data accuracy and system reliability.
