Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized

HR Executive

to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities



Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews) Manage employee onboarding and documentation Maintain attendance, payroll support, and HR records Assist with performance evaluations and staff coordination Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations Support management in implementing HR policies Conduct training sessions and internal communication activities Help maintain a healthy and professional workplace environment

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/Business Admin preferred 0-2 years experience in HR or admin roles Strong communication skills (Malayalam & basic English) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer/MS Office knowledge Positive attitude and ability to handle responsibilities independently
