Support management in implementing HR policies
Conduct training sessions and internal communication activities
Help maintain a healthy and professional workplace environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/Business Admin preferred
0-2 years experience in HR or admin roles
Strong communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
Positive attitude and ability to handle responsibilities independently
